The Namur Off-the-shoulder Cotton Blouse slips on quite easily with an elasticated opening. Shirring detailing in the sleeve gives you the option of wearing it over the shoulders. The sleeve is finished with a placket and ties to adjust the length along the arm for a play with proportions. Vents are positioned in the side seams at the hem to allow variances of tucking in.
